« Daily Puja
The Kali Mandir performs daily puja round the year as per rituals. Ma is served with bhog in the afternoon and evening and same is distributed to the devotees present.
« Amavasya Puja
Amavasya is the first day of new month, hence considered to be the best day for the new beginning. The new moon brings new life. Each month, Amavasya puja is performed by devoted members or by the association and generally followed by an elaborate bhog for the devotees.
« Purnima Puja
Purnima is the Indian word for full moon day. Satyanrayana puja is performed by the devoted members or by the association followed by distribution of prasad and cinni.
« Tithi Puja
The Holy Mother's birthday is celebrated on this day. From early morning, puja, homa and chanting of slokas start. Elaborate arrangements are made to distribute prasad and bhog after the puja. The mandir is decked up with floral presentation and illuminated in the evening followed by cultural performance and dinner.
« Durga Puja
The most important event of PVBA starts with Annando Mela on Panchami, Sasthi, Saptami, Asthami, Navami and Dashami bring in all members and residents with their families and friends to celebrate the days with special puja, cultural shows, competition and fun filled days which we wait for each year around. Durga Puja throws many challenges to the members as we strive to create an excellent atmosphere to prove that we are one of the best organised puja in the Delhi-NCR.
« Annapurna Puja
Goddess Annapurna is the Goddess of Plenty. Worshipping Goddess Annapurna signifies that the barn will never be empty as “Anna” means food grains and "Purna" means full. Ma Annapurna is worshipped in the premises of mandir with full pomp and show each year.
« Kali Puja
Ma Kali is worshipped on the new moon day of Hindu month Kartik and coincides with the Lakshmi Puja, the day of Diwali. The Kali Mandir is decorated exclusively with flowers and lights. Devotees enjoy the evening lighting crackers till midnight and join for anjali followed by the special bhog.
« Saraswati Puja
Saraswati, the Goddess of knowledge, music, arts and science is worshipped as Saraswati Puja is mainly organised by the young group of PVBA. It is nice to see the school and college students taking up a challenge giving their best to celebrate the day.
« Jogodhatri Puja
Ma Jogodhatri is the Protector of the universe, the supreme goddess. This puja is performed in Goashtami, date decided by luni-solar Hindu calendar. This puja is performed in mandir premises inviting huge gathering.
